Service Description
In Somatic bodywork we work directly with the places in the psycho-biology that have held traumatic experiences. Somatic bodywork uses touch, to support the shift from contraction and dissociation to openness and embodiment. Practically, this means finding and processing "stuck" emotions and experiences stored in the body.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full cost of the service. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us honor the time set aside for you and for other clients.
