Some practices deserve more time. Now & Zen: Deep Rest is a 90-minute ritual of breath, stillness, and complete rest.
Designed for deep rest — the kind that reaches beyond tired muscles into the quieter places where stress, tension, and anxiety tend to hide.
Each posture is fully supported by props — blocks, blankets, bolsters, and pillows — so your body can surrender completely, with zero effort required. Postures are held for 5 to 10 minutes, giving your nervous system the time it needs to truly let go. There's no striving here, no flexibility required. Just you, your breath, and the gradual unwinding of everything you've been carrying.
The extended format creates space for something more: guided pranayama — the ancient practice of conscious breath work — woven throughout the experience. Each technique is chosen to calm the nervous system, release what's held tight, and open you more fully to stillness. Breath by breath, layer by layer, you'll feel the body soften and the mind grow quiet.

As your practice deepens, a guided meditation draws your awareness further inward — quieting the mental chatter and creating space for genuine, unhurried stillness.
