Yoga with Jodi

Yoga is for every body — and that's not just something I say. It's how I teach.
My classes are dynamic, full-body Vinyasa flows designed to build genuine strength while opening flexibility — but always with an emphasis on technique, alignment, and listening to what your body needs on any given day. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or you've been practicing for years, you'll find a home here.
Each class moves with intention — breath leading movement, movement settling the mind. By the time we close, you'll feel both worked and restored, more present in your body and quieter in your head.
This is yoga that challenges you gently, meets you exactly where you are, and leaves you wanting to come back.

My Yoga Story
My own journey began like many others — sporadic, uncertain, and a little intimidating. Then in 2014, something clicked during a beginner's series. Yoga finally made sense. It was a lightbulb moment that changed everything.
I dove in wholeheartedly. In 2017, I earned my Kids Yoga certification and began teaching children ages 5–9 — one of the most joyful things I've ever done. Helping kids discover physical strength, find calming tools for their minds, and build resources they can carry into an often overwhelming world feels like important work. Little humans are remarkable.
That enthusiasm carried me into a 200-hour teacher training in early 2019, which deepened my practice and made clear just how vast the world of yoga truly is. In 2022, I completed an additional 300-hour certification through the Jason Crandell Yoga Method — bringing my total to 500 hours of formal training.
And I'm still learning. From the roots of ancient teachings to the modern evolution of the practice, yoga keeps expanding — and so do I.
My goal as your teacher is simple: to provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing space where you can explore your own path to strength, balance, and peace — wherever that path leads.
