Yoga with Jodi
My yoga journey began like many others—sporadic and uncertain. But in 2014, something clicked during a beginner’s series, and yoga finally made sense. It was a lightbulb moment that sparked a deeper commitment.
I dove into the practice with enthusiasm, eager to learn and grow. In 2017, I earned my Kids Yoga certification and began teaching children ages 5–9. I love helping kids discover strength in their bodies, calming techniques for their minds, and mindful tools they can carry into a sometimes overwhelming world.
Inspired to go further, I completed a 200-hour teacher training in early 2019. That training deepened my understanding and fueled my curiosity—I realized how vast the world of yoga truly is. In July 2022, I completed an additional 300-hour certification through the Jason Crandell Yoga Method.
There’s always more to explore. From the roots of ancient teachings to the modern evolution of the practice, yoga continues to grow—and so do I.
My goal as a teacher is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing space where students can explore their own paths to strength, balance, and peace.

Each class I teach is a comprehensive, full body flow, designed to build strength while increasing flexibility. My goal is to create an approachable, fun, and balanced, experience for any level of Yoga enthusiast. I encourage each student to hone their technique and alignment to honor what works their body. We move through our practice to facilitate consistency of breath, steadiness of mind, and a greater sense of awareness in the present moment.
