Service Description
Long strokes and kneading techniques (lighter touch or firm pressure) relax the muscle tissue and relieve tension. Benefits include improved circulation, increased range of motion, and pain relief​. Deep tissue work is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and connective tissue. It is recommended for individuals that experience chronic pain, are involved in heavy physical activity, or those who have sustained physical injury.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full cost of the service. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us honor the time set aside for you and for other clients.
