What We Will Do Together:
Learn how to regulate and move energy through breath, movement, meditation, and impactful mindset practices.
Experience guided breath-work and energy clearing practices to calm your nervous system, release stored stress (yours and other's), and reconnect when anxiety or overwhelm creeps in.
You’ll experience…
Restorative Movement & Yoga
Jodi will guide you through a gentle slow-flow vinyasa class that weaves mindful movement with conscious breath to help you embody the principles of pranayama on the mat.
With an emphasis on intentional pacing, smooth transitions, and breath-led motion, the practice supports nervous system regulation, builds strength and mobility without urgency, and cultivates a sense of steadiness and ease.
It’s an invitation to move with awareness, connect breath to body, and experience how intentional movement can reinforce calm, presence, and resilience.

Breath-work (Pranayama)
Pranayama works because your breath is one of the most powerful ways to influence your nervous system. When life keeps you in a constant state of stress, your sympathetic “fight or flight” response can stay switched on, leading to shallow breathing, tension, and a feeling of being stuck in high-alert mode.
Through intentional breathing practices, pranayama helps activate the parasympathetic “rest and digest” response, slowing the breath and heart rate, supporting digestion and immune function, and creating a sense of safety and ease in the body.
By learning how to use your breath as a switch, this workshop gives you practical tools to shift out of chronic stress and into greater balance, resilience, and well-being—on and off the mat.
Inner Alignment
Allesanda offers a simple, supportive framework for cultivating a healthier relationship with yourself—helping you discern what is truly yours to carry and what you can release, delegate, or meet with loving boundaries.
Through guided self-awareness practices, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals, quiet intrusive thoughts, engage compassionately with protective inner parts (IFS-inspired), and soften limiting beliefs. Together, these tools support greater clarity, ease, and self-trust, so you can move through life feeling more aligned, grounded, and resourced.

This workshop is for you if:
You’re a heart-centered person who’s ready to release the weight of carrying everyone else and reclaim your own peace.
You’ve been putting others first for so long that burnout feels like a constant companion, and you’re tired of the pressure keeping you from truly thriving.
Perfectionism and people-pleasing have you second-guessing your intuition, seeking validation outside yourself, and feeling guilty when you try to set boundaries or say no.
Chronic anxiety keeps you braced for the next crisis, absorbing others’ energy and pain as your own, even as a deeper part of you feels spiritually curious and longs to trust your inner wisdom now, not someday.
And if you’re in a transitional season such as empty-nesting or shifting careers and ready to invest in tools that support nervous system regulation, loving detachment, and lasting inner peace from within, this space was created for you.

What you can take away from this workshop:
-
Nervous system regulation: How to calm stress, shift out of fight-or-flight, and return to ease using breath and movement.
-
Self-awareness and self-trust: Tools to recognize what is truly theirs to carry, set boundaries, and quiet intrusive thoughts or perfectionist tendencies.
-
Embodied clarity: A felt sense of alignment through slow, intentional movement, linking breath with body awareness.
-
Practical practices to continue at home: Simple pranayama exercises, mindful movement sequences, and reflective techniques to maintain balance.
-
Inner peace and spaciousness: Experiencing what it feels like to release tension—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and reconnect with curiosity, intuition, and self-compassion.
